The Eagle Rapid Mix is a fast mixing, rugged mixer designed to rapidly mix dry free-flowing materials. The mixers range in capacity from 500 pounds to 63,000 pounds. Material is loaded at the bottom into an intake hopper.
The internal vertical auger and tube mixing system rapidly draws the material upward where it is dispersed at the top by a paddle
mixer. Mixing cycles vary from 10 minutes to 20 minutes from the smallest through the largest Magnum models.
Material exits the mixer through a discharge chute in the cone hopper.
The mixing auger is driven at the top by a side-mount motor and belt system. Other optional features available are observation windows, service door, auger discharge systems and hinged conveyor sleeve for easy cleaning.
 Mixers are factory assembled & tested. All Models are shipped assembled for easy installation.
